Sephora Sale Picks!

Happy Tuesday! Well, I attempted to show you guys how I do my makeup on Instagram and WOW it has been awhile. I am not beauty professional, but just go with it! Makeup to me is just FUN and it boosts my confidence when I put it on once a week these days! I am linking all the products I use, including the ones that are not a part of the sale as well as hair products and some other "in my cart + wish-list products".

THINGS TO KNOW FOR THE SALE:

Sephora does their sales in tiers! Rouge members get 20% off from 4/14-5/1. VIB Members get 15% off starting 4/21. Inside Members get 10% off starting 4/23. All you need is the discount code "SPRINGSAVE" at checkout. To be a part of the tier, it depends on how much you spend at the store each year. I am breaking mine up into 3 different categories: ALL my makeup products, hair products + a few skincare products, and products in my cart/on my wish-list.

MAKEUP PRODUCTS

Foundation: Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, Color Light Beige- I SWEAR by this foundation, it gives the best coverage on my face while still leaving it moisturized. I have tried MANY others and I have come back to this one still. Shade: Light Beige. Something lighter that I DO like is the NARS foundation I will also link.

Brightening Gel: Becca Under Eye Brightening Gel: I just got this recently because of my dark circles and you apply this before concealer. It takes away some of the purple color and brightens it up! I am obsessed!! I get the shade light and I just ran out so I will definitely be getting more.

Concealer: Tarte Shape Tape - I don't know that I will never not like this! Any of their concealers are so good! This one is not a part of the sale, but again, NARS as a lighter one I will also link!

Beauty Blenders: I have a pack of 5 on Amazon for only $8! I do plan on getting one from Sephora because it is much bigger which helps makeup blend better in general. I am linking both.

Powder: Kat Von D Lock It Setting Powder: I have been using this powder for years! It helps set your foundation in place. I use this under my eyes- make sure you use a damp beauty blender and tap it in! I also use the Dermablend Banana Powder which helps take away the shine - this is not a part of the sale, but it is one of my favorites none the less!

Bronzer: Morphe Bronzer & Butter Bronzer: I love BOTH of these! I use the Butter Bronzer to help contour my face, on my forehead, cheekbones and my nose. I find that it is better for Spring & Summer & has more of a sun-kissed look! I use the Morphe Bronzer year-round; it isn't TOO dark, but it gives my face a little extra glow. and I also use it as eye-shadow, it lasts FOREVER and the case can't shatter! These are not a part of the sale, but are my go-to bronzers.

Blush: Bare Minerals Bounce & Blur Blush, Color Mauve: I have been using this for about 4 months and I love it! A little goes a LONG way - you can use your finger or a small brush to blend it in. Also, it can't shatter so that is a HUGE plus!

Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil, Color Taupe. I will be the first admit I don't know much about eyebrows, but I know that this pencil helps my brows, or what I DO have. I have never touched my brows, I don't have much to work with, but I fill them in the best I can. This pencil is a life-savor!!

Eyeshadow: I have 4 different palettes I use. My go-to right now is my Urban Decay Naked3 Palette & my Sephora palette- it has a bunch of neutral colors and light pink colors. The Tarte Toasted palette has more orange tones that I used religiously in the summer. The one I most recently purchased was the Anastasia Beverly Hills Amrezy Palette - it has so many vibrant colors and sparkles!! I am sure you all can guess which shades I have been experimenting with! I have starting using a darker color of eye shadow as my "eyeliner" on the bottom lid so it is not as harsh. I am linking all four :)

Eyeliner: Kat Von D Tattoo Eye-Liner is my JAM! The applicator is so easy! I have always used liquid eye-liner. If you are scared, this is one you should give it a try because it makes it very easy to apply.

Lash Primer: Lancôme CILS XL Super Enhancing Mascara Primer: I recently started using the Lancôme primer about 2 months ago. It had amazing reviews and I don't have long lashes at all and I have to say, I noticed that it helps my mascara stay on SO much better. I apply several coats (it goes on white) to the top and bottom and let it sit before I apply mascara. Once it is tacky, I apply mascara.

Mascara: Lancôme Mascara: Hypnose Drama Instant Full Body Volume & Waterproof High Definition Mascara. I have two that I use because they do different things. One gives volume to my lashes and the other one gives more definition! Another one I have used in the past and I would definitely buy again is the Too Faced, Better Than Sex Mascara!

Highlighter: Makeup Forever Highlighter: I have used their highlighter for many years and it does wonders! I put it on my nose, cheekbones, cupids bow and it gives me the perfect glow. It also lasts a very long time! You can use a small brush or your finger!

Lips: Le Marc Liquid Lip Cream - This stuff is so good and moisturizing for my lips!! I also use lipstick from Laura Mercier & NYX (HOT pink) which is not on the sale.

SKINCARE

Cleanser, moisturizer, primer (face-filter primer and ) are all TULA - You can shop these directly from www.tula.com & get 15% off with code: INTHEPINK

HAIR CARE

DryBar & Living Proof Dry Shampoo: These are the two I go between! I love the way the both smell and they both have amazing reviews.

Drybar Triple Sec and Not Your Mothers Texturizing Spray: Both of these texturizing sprays leave my hair with so much volume after I finish styling it! They do not make it still like hairspray, which I love when I am just doing more of a beach wave look! The Not Your Mother's Texturizing Spray is not a part of the Sephora Sale.

DryBar Southern Belle Root Boost and Southern Belle Powder - If you are looking for volume, these are your products! I always like to say, the bigger the hair the better! The Root Boost you put in when your hair is wet around your crown and the powder you spray when your hair is dry around the crown and use a teasing comb to help spread it out. A little goes a LONG way!

Smoothing Spray: IGK Protein Smoothing Spray: This really helps with my frizz and it has volume in it!

T3 Curling Iron/Wand: This set is on my wishlist. It comes as a set in both the curling wand and a curling iron or as individual styling tools. My curling iron just recently broke so this is something I would definitely try to invest in!

IN MY CART+ WISHLIST ITEMS

Supergoop Sunscreen: Amazing reviews, SPF40, cruelty free, vegan free, "unseen sunscreen".

Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops: A few drops with your moisturizer and rub on face or other areas! This is a great way to get some color at a low cost.

CC Cream Foundation: I have been wanting to try - this is a lighter foundation that has amazing reviews and I think if you are looking for something lighter, this might be a good option. I would love to test it out for you!

Charlotte Tilbury Bronze and Glo Duo: Amazing reviews and their makeup is top notch! I have been wanting to grab this for awhile!

I hope this helps, friends! Happy Shopping!
